Job Responsibilities:

IT Network & Infrastructure

• Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT networks, systems, and infrastructure.

• Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability of IT services across the region.

• Lead infrastructure planning, system upgrades, and disaster recovery/business continuity initiatives.

IT Security & Compliance

• Establish and enforce IT security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and industry requirements (e.g. data protection, cybersecurity).

• Oversee risk management, security monitoring, incident response, and periodic security audits.

Vendor & Software Partner Management

• Manage relationships with external vendors, software developers, and technology service providers.

• Oversee contract negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor performance.

• Ensure vendors deliver solutions that meet business, security, and compliance requirements.

IT Help Desk & User Support

• Lead IT help desk operations with partner vendors to provide timely and effective end-user support.

• Establish service standards, KPIs, and escalation procedures for incident and problem management.

• Ensure a consistent IT support experience for users across all locations.     

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in It related study

• Minimum 3 years of working experience

• Hands-on experience in network administration, systems management, and end-user support.

• Working knowledge of IT security practices and compliance requirements.

• Experience managing external vendors and service providers.

• Experience in financial services or insurance industry will be an advantage

IT Financial Solutions Sales Executive (Relationship Manager)

You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring clients in the IT industry, offering tailored financial solutions including unsecured and secured business loans. The ideal candidate has a strong B2B sales background and an understanding of industry-specific challenges and financing needs.

• Location: Bukit Batok
• Monday to Friday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target and onboard clients in the IT sectors with business loan or equipment/software financing requirements.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals and client visits.
• Conduct detailed needs analysis to match financial products to client needs.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieving monthly loan disbursal targets.
• Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.
• Ensure all documentation, customer due diligence and KYC norms are followed as per regulatory and company guidelines.
• Build long-term relationships with business owners or decision-makers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and lending norms.
• Track client lifecycle events (e.g. new project wins, merger, expansion plans) for upselling opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–4 years of sales experience
• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or other related field
• Proven experience in dealing with clients in the IT/Communication industries

Your role

Our Client is urgently looking for Mechanical Turnaround Planner who will be responsible for developing detailed planning steps incorporating safety concerns and site requirements, for both Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for TAs. You will develop complete TA work packages ready for execution.

In addition, you will coordinate with PMC, Asset Integrity & Reliability team, Warehouse team, Procurement team and contractors or vendors for TA work package preparations. You will engage field execution counterpart during planning stage, for efficient handover of TA work package.

• Develop detailed TA planning steps for work requests, prepare materials or spare parts required, create & release inventory PR, generate MR for stock items
• Coordinate with the Procurement team to source for non-stock materials and external services, create PR upon alignment with PMC and field execution personnel
• Coordinate with PMC, contractors and vendors for the TA execution window
• Prepare and create initial Invoice Proposal in Bio+ before TA execution, and perform final Invoicing Allow upon job completion
• Create and update task lists in the task library and contribute to continuous improvement for task lists accuracy
• Work closely with the TA scheduler to optimise all resources, while making sure Operations and safety are not compromised
• Prepare TA reports for KPI tracking
• Back up for the TA scheduler in his/her absence

You are what we are looking for if you:

• Have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related studies
• Have minimum 10 years of relevant experience in refinery and petrochemical with at least 5 years of experience in Turnaround
• Have experience in TA, maintenance work control, planning, scheduling, and costing
• Have experience in material planning and purchase requisition
• Are proficient in Primavera and SAP
