• Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions, and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on-time completion.
• Preparation of construction drawings and delivery specifications for I&C equipment and Telecom equipment in data centres.
• Construction management (building equipment) related to factories and data centres, involve inM&E design (mechanical, electrical, ICT)
• Appraisal for works/products compliance to Specifications/Requirements and selection recommendation.
• Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality.
• Responsible for conducting QA/QC inspection, managing RE, RTO, and responsible for clearing QA/QC inspections to meet with construction schedule.
• Provide and maintain all site inspection records & T&C records up to date.
• Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works, and making necessary recommendations for VO prices.
• To check, evaluate, and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E sub-contractor/NSC vendors' progress payments including instruction on progress substantiation document preparation by sub-contractors and vendors.
• Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods and for attendance at daily site coordination meetings and providing detailed coordination with subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a main contractor firm on LTA | MRT Projects in singapore
• A solid team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Support Construction Manager in planning of site construction works
• Prepare all documentation including method statements and other submissions.
• Coordinate with various Authorities/government/utility agencies for initial site clearance.
• Coordinate with QP(S) including submission of necessary documents
• Report on daily issues to Construction Manager.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor work progress at site.
• Continuously ensure adherence to planned timelines.
• Maintain and monitor quality controls.
• Prepare and submit all daily/weekly reports as required.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
• Liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors.
• You will play a key role in project coordination, technical design support, and on-site supervision of deep foundations, ERSS, and ground improvement works—ensuring projects are executed safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• ·Min 3-5 years related experience on LTA _ MRT projects (coordination experience with Authorities/Utility Agencies)
• Must have experience on Ground Improvement Works
• Must have RE certification
