We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer to join our construction team in Singapore. As a BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) for various construction projects. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for construction projects.

· Coordinate with project teams to integrate BIM models across various disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP, etc.).

· Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and BIM protocols.

· Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM models.

· Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes.

· Assist in the preparation of documentation, drawings, and reports related to BIM models.

· Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a BIM Engineer in the construction industry.

· Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.

· Strong understanding of construction processes and standards.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with large-scale construction projects in Singapore.

· Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.

· Certification in BIM management or relevant software tools.

Job Overview:

As an Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems that are integral to the construction and operation of this large-scale waste management facility. You will work closely with the Project Manager and other engineers to ensure that all electrical work meets regulatory and safety standards while supporting the overall goals of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Design & Planning:

• Develop and review electrical design drawings, schematics, and blueprints for the project.
• Ensure that designs comply with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Provide input into the selection of materials, equipment, and suppliers.

2. Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to integrate electrical systems into the larger project.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and electrical teams on-site to ensure smooth execution of electrical works.
• Monitor electrical work progress and ensure that it adheres to project timelines and quality standards.

3. Installation & Testing:

• Supervise the installation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Conduct and oversee testing and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety.

4. Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure that all electrical work complies with local building codes, electrical codes, and safety regulations.
• Implement safety procedures and conduct regular inspections to prevent electrical hazards.

5. Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

• Identify and troubleshoot any issues with electrical systems during installation or operation.
• Provide ongoing maintenance support and adjustments as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Documentation:

• Prepare detailed reports, including technical documentation, testing results, and system performance summaries.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including specifications, diagrams, and progress updates.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the construction industry.
• Knowledge: Familiar with electrical systems, building codes, and safety regulations related to construction projects.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proficiency with electrical design software.
• Certifications: Any relevant certifications, such as Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) or equivalent, will be an advantage.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Job Description：

• Coordinating and Reporting with Manager and Team Members
• Motivating personnel to high performing standards and Excellence
• Responsible for all construction activities of Construction Works for the Project
• Ability to plan the sequence of works
• Ensure that all the works are executed in accordance with approved Method Statement, Safety Procedure and Quality Methods
• Arrange and Conduct Daily Tool Box Talk, Control the labor force(or sub contractor) with his assistance of Supervisor or foreman
• Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports and submit to CM
• In charge in the Inspection of Works and necessary approval by client side (QPS)
• If require any traffic, utility or such as diversion which is under his responsible and control in due time with safe manner
• Material Control
• Ability to use AUTOCAD for amending shop drawing
• Checking BBS which sent by Sub-con and co-ordinating with supplier until delivered to site
• Preparation of RFI for ongoing Construction works

Requirement:

• Preferably with LTA experience and familiar with LTA procedure
• Possess good analytical and communication skills
• Diploma Civil Engineering or above
