The Role

This role is highly technical and deeply strategic; you will balance hunting for new B2Bprojects with farming our established network of System Integrators and distributors.

Your day-to-day will heavily feature technical system design, crafting precise tender specifications, and conducting high-level site walks. You will be directly responsible for positioning our latest hardware innovations, such as the C400 FLEX, and discussing enterprise-level software architecture, including Microsoft EntraID authentication, with key decision-makers. You will play a crucial role in driving our Singapore team toward an aggressive sales target.

What You Will Do

• Drive complex B2B sales cycles from initial technical discovery to final system design and closing.

You will bridge the gap between physical hardware and advanced software ecosystems. Instead of relying on outdated manuals and inefficient logging, you will be equipped with our cutting-edge mobile app as your single-point productivity tool, alongside AI-powered technical support systems to diagnose and resolve complex issues instantly.

What You Will Do

• Manage the complete customer service lifecycle from end to end, taking full ownership of integrated security system health.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues spanning both physical hardware (CCTV, controllers, wiring) and software environments (IP networking, cloud integration, server configuration).
