Overview
As a CSM, you will develop long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and IT stakeholders, developing an understanding of their business requirements and goals, and how they are using NetSuite. Leveraging this customer knowledge, and your NetSuite expertise, you will provide adoption, industry, and implementation best practices strategies to ensure your customers maximize value from their investment in NetSuite. Job Descriptions:

1. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer key stakeholders and executive sponsors such that all NetSuite activities are closely aligned with the customer’s business case and business strategy, allowing the full potential of their NetSuite solution to be realized.
2. Review customer’s current usage of NetSuite to determine if challenges are the result of functionality gaps, implementation/customization gaps or training gaps. Be able to communicate findings with appropriate teams (i.e. Oracle NetSuite Principal team, Account Management, Marketing, Professional Services and Leadership).
3. Identify opportunities for adding greater value applicable to customer’s business strategies.
4. Navigate and advise on efforts related to complex customer requests or projects involving other 3rd party solutions and enterprise systems, escalating for assistance if needed.
5. Drive overall customer satisfaction, additional product adoption and ultimately subscription renewals.
6. Anticipate customers’ requirements and possible challenges – make our customers successful.
7. Identify and assess renewal risks within the customer base.
8. Conduct training sessions with customers to improve the adoption rate.
9. Project Management of proposed change management activities and projects.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in NetSuite.
2. ERP knowledge and experience is a must.

Summary:

The Manager, EIPIC will lead a transdisciplinary team in managing the SPD EIPIC Centre. You will coordinate the implementation of the ECHO framework and streamline processes across the Early Intervention Continuum, working closely with professional heads such as the Head of Teaching and Head of Allied Health. You will develop strategic plans to enhance caregiver engagement and oversee initiatives and collaborations with mainstream preschools and community organisations in the vicinity of the centre.

JOB SCOPE/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations and Administration

• Develop short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure continual growth of the programmes at the centre.
• Establish, implement, and regularly review operating, administrative, and control policies and procedures.
• Ensure operations and systems meet service standards and adhere to good corporate governance. Ensure the services achieve to meet the Key Performance Indicators set by the funders/Director.
• Manage and guide the EIPIC team to maintain ahigh standard of services for clients with developmental needs and their caregivers.

Centre Management

• Guide senior staff across programmes to perform effectively and efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with regulations including taxes, licensing, safety and control.
• Develop strategic plans to generate income and monitor the expenditure of programmes.
• Develop strategic plans to enhance the community outreach.

Staff Management

• Assists the Director in the development of career progression and defining of key responsibilities for EIPIC staff.
• Orientate new staff to organisation’s structure, policies and procedures and HR matters.

• Set standards, evaluate staff performance and identify learning /training needs.
• Interview candidates for new recruitment or replacement positions.

Client Management

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Effective management of feedback and queries from clients, caregivers, the public and authorities.
• Develop strategic plans to enhance caregiver engagement.

Collaboration with external organisations

• Explore opportunities to sustain collaboration with preschools i.e. programmes that promote interaction among children with different needs and raise awareness of inclusion.
• Lead and participate in networking with community organisations to identify opportunities for collaborations.
• Participate in events organised or supported by SPD and support the organisation in developing strong network with other SSAs, funding bodies (e.g. MSF, ECDA, NCSS, Tote Board) and business corporations to secure programme funding and sustain financial viability of the programmes and services.

Professional/ Staff Development

• Lead, attend and contribute regularly in staff meetings and other relevant meetings.
• Attends relevant training and courses.
• Participate in internal / external workgroups to contribute inputs on development of new service provisions and service improvement.

Mission of the Role

The primary mission for the Assistant Centre Manager is to actively support and contribute to the overall success of the Aureus centre under their purview. Working directly with the Centre Manager, the Assistant Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in executing the established sales strategies and systems. The focus will be on achieving business and revenue growth, elevating customer satisfaction levels, and enhancing employee satisfaction within the assigned centres.

The Assistant Centre Manager drives scalable sales initiatives aligned with divisional goals, fostering a positive environment through proactive collaboration. Primary responsibilities involve driving sales and event management, overseeing day-to-day operations, executing training programs, and providing mentorship to staff. Tasked with optimizing strategies to meet and exceed set goals. The Assistant Centre Manager actively contributes to performance enhancement initiatives, coordinating events and marketing campaigns to maximize growth productivity.

Job Responsibilities

1. Performance Enhancement and Feedback- Regularly evaluating the front desk team's performance in providing excellent service, effective customer communication, sales proficiency, positive customer experiences, professional conduct, and packaging through a 360-degree feedback loop involving various stakeholders for centre under their purview.
2. Enhance Centre Experience- Administering and overseeing logistical and facilities maintenance operations to ensure a seamless and well-maintained working environment, comparable to a 5-star hotel experience. This encompasses upkeep, cleanliness, and overall experiential quality.
3. Sales and Growth- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth. Cultivate team members through effective on-the-ground mentoring and ensure they achieve their individual management-assigned targets
4. Workplace Culture and Etiquette- Promoting a positive work environment aligned with company values. Execute initiatives to address challenges and organize staff welfare events, aiming to achieve a target employee satisfaction index score.
5. Customer Relationship Management- Ensure customer retention by promoting adept problem-solving skills and upholding high service standards among team members. Drive the team to do their very best in finding optimal solutions that align with both customer needs and company objectives, with the ultimate goal of reaching a target customer satisfaction index score.
6. Communication and Transparency- Ensuring consistent and aligned communications with the company's core values across all channels. Proactively communicate any issues or potential concerns to the management team to foster a collaborative and responsive approach.
7. Aureus Curriculum System- Guaranteeing the full adoption and attainment of set goals for the Enigma system by ensuring compliance with all directives.
8. Documentation and Reporting- Tracking and reporting team evaluations, development, and improvement plans.
9. Ad- Hoc- Performing and fulfilling additional duties as assigned by the Management.

Hiring Criteria

• The applicant should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field and at least 1 year in a team-leader position.
• The successful applicant must be available to work on both weekends, with two weekdays off days.
• We are looking for individuals with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically in various sales situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and leadership.
• Goal-driven individuals with the ability to focus and prioritise tasks that drive the growth of the centre
• The applicant must have a strong commitment to compliance and ethical business practices, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company standards.
