We are a specialist gastroenterology clinic seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our team at Farrer Park Medical Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline patient service, including registration and appointment scheduling
• Manage patient enquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication
• Coordinate clinic appointments, procedures, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and insurance claims processing
• Support daily clinic operations and administrative duties

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage due to patient demographics
• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred
