As a Customer Success Manager at NEXTDC, you will take full ownership of ensuring our customers' success throughout their entire journey - from onboarding to project delivery, adoption, and renewal. Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate and manage project stakeholders, including customers, internal teams (sales, finance, facilities, engineering) and third-party contractors to guarantee the seamless delivery of client solutions and successful project outcomes. 

• Project Coordination: Assist with the management of non-standard solution projects, overseeing pre-planning, detailed design, procurement and installation within the data centres. 

• Solution Delivery: Lead the provisioning of customer solutions, coordinating with the facilities team and external contractors and serve as the main liaison between NEXTDC and the customer's project manager to ensure all tasks are delivered on time and meet expectations. 

• Performance Reporting: Manage and deliver performance reports related to solution provisioning according to an agreed schedule or as requested by stakeholders. 

• Service Reviews: Participate in regular client service review meetings to discuss performance metrics, service improvements and process quality, ensuring continuous enhancement of service delivery. 

• Vendor Management and Procurement: Handle vendor quotes, create purchase orders, and approve invoices to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of customer solutions.  

As an EUC Support Engineer at NEXTDC, you’ll provide L1/L2 technical support to our Technology team, resolving end-user IT issues. You will handle service tickets via phone, email, or in-person, escalate complex issues as needed, and assist with software installations, updates, and configurations. Here, you’ll also monitoring IT systems, identifying issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with NEXTDC standards, with strong customer service and technical skills essential for minimising downtime

Within this position, your scope will cover:

• First-level technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person, including after-hours support as required
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other peripherals
• Onsite hands & feet support, where physically co-located to resolve technology hardware and software requests and issues, including for Teams meeting rooms and Audiovisual collaboration and presentation equipment
• Managing and resolving service requests and incidents within agreed service levels
• Documenting solutions and update knowledge base articles to assist with future troubleshooting
• Escalating complex issues to senior IT staff or external service providers as needed
• Setting up and configuring new hardware and software for users

We are currently looking for a Trades or Technical individual to join us in the role of Data Centre Technician working within our facilities team operating on a 24/7 basis.

Within this entry-level role, we will provide full on-the-job training to bring you up to speed on all aspects of data center facility management and critical infrastructure, including Cooling, Electrical, Cabling Infrastructure, Building Monitoring, and Fire systems.

Based in Tullamarine, the purpose of this role is to support the Facility Management team with the day-to-day operations of the data centre, by providing high quality & efficient technical maintenance and customer service.

• The successful candidate will be required to work a 4 – 5 – 5 rotating shift roster with day shifts from 7am - 7pm and night shifts from 7pm - 7am.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Delivery of cabling needs, electrical and data, to customer racks and areas
• Attend to Remote Hands requests
• Assist with vendor management for maintenance of all core electrical and mechanical systems
• Ensure that facility problems are identified and resolved in a timely manner
• Monitor building management / monitoring systems 24/7, and quickly and effectively escalate issues internally or to vendors as relevant
• Ensure all visitors and contractors adhere to NEXTDC facility rules.
• Manual handling

This role is not focused on IT but leans more towards a hands-on facility management position, involving practical tasks and operational responsibilities

From time to time, during shifts there may be travel between sites as required.

This is a 6-month fixed-term role

As our Customer Service Agent, you will provide professional and efficient first points of contact for our customers and visitors within our facilities.  

Being a member of our Customer Service team, you’ll ensure a great experience in all contacts, both reactive and proactive, to achieve the best service outcomes for customers. In addition to this you’ll act as concierge for your facility; this entails coordinating the logistics and accurate documentation of deliveries. 

We have an opportunity for experienced customer centric individuals to join us on a Casual basis, offering between 15-25 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, or as agreed with the potential to work at our sites in Brisbane, (Fortitude Valley and Brisbane City)

Customer Focus 

• Greet all visitors to facility in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. 
• Work with internal teams around the country to deliver a seamless customer experience. 
• Provide accurate advice and guidance on customer service requests and incidents. 

Concierge 

• Take telephone calls to facility from both internal and external customers. 
• Assist with coordination of customer and company events and activities at facility. 
• Conduct site inductions with visitors, in coordination with Facilities team, and scan induction paperwork. 
• Conduct audits of critical facility stock and replenish levels as required on: 

Support 

• Provide prompt and friendly communication to customers in person, via telephone, email, and ticketing system. 
• Action internal and external customer requests via all the internal request systems; email, via phone or face to face.  
• Provide first level resolution where possible or escalate requests and incident to the appropriate resolver group.  
• Responsible for approving, accepting, and securely storing customer deliveries. 

Moving into our Customer Service Team Lead role you will provide day-to-day management for the Customer Service Team in their respective region and be a friendly and efficient first point of contact for all visitors to our facilities.   

As our Customer Service Team Leader, you will also act as the first escalation point for all matters relating to the team, facility, service requests and incident management to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction are achieved. Championing this role, you will also be responsible for managing front of house relations across multiple sites.  

• Working location: Sydney
• Working arrangement: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm or 7am to 3pm

Some of the tasks you’ll be responsible for:  

• First-line people management across multiple sites – regular 1:1s, constructive feedback, identifying and resolving any performance issues, performance reviews, etc.   
• Manage last minute shift changes, sourcing solutions to cover unplanned leave    
• Ensuring adequate resourcing of staff, manage leave requests and design and manage the staff roster   
• Managing front of house across multiple sites   
• Acting as the first point of escalation for your team, providing efficient and effective resolution to issues    
• Continuous improvement reviews for processes and best practices.
