We are looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Vice President of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Broking. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a high-profile portfolio of corporate accounts, focusing on complex property programs and comprehensive casualty solutions.
As a VP, you will lead the end-to-end placement process—from sophisticated risk profiling to high-stakes market negotiations. Your goal is to design resilient risk transfer programs that protect our clients' balance sheets against evolving global threats. Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Placement: Designing and executing complex P&C programs, including global master programs and layered programs for large-scale assets.
Client Advisory: Serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, providing insights on market trends, emerging risks, and alternative risk transfer (ART) solutions.
Market Negotiation: Leveraging deep relationships with local and international insurers to secure optimal terms, pricing, and expansive policy wordings.
Business Development: Identifying opportunities for portfolio expansion and leading the technical delivery for major new business tenders.
Compliance & Excellence: Ensuring all broking activities adhere to the highest standards of professional excellence and regulatory requirements.

skills and experience required
To excel in this role, you will need:
Industry Tenure: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in P&C Insurance Broking or Underwriting, with a proven track record in senior-level placement.
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
Certifications: Mandatory BCP and CGI certifications. Professional qualifications such as ACII or FCII are highly desirable.
Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Property, General Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Workers’ Compensation frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation prowess, polished presentation skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
