Construction Project Director

(Building construction, High rise, Housing Development Board)

Seek an experienced Project Director to lead building project, with a strong focus on public housing developments under the Housing & Development Board (HDB).

This role is responsible for driving project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, budget, and timelines. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and serve as the key interface with clients, consultants, and authorities.

Senior Construction Project Manager (HDB)

Responsible for leading and delivering HDB projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, quality standards, budget, and timelines.

This role oversees site operations, consultants, and subcontractors while acting as the key liaison with clients and authorities. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in public housing projects, and a deep understanding of HDB, BCA, and WSH requirements. Key Activities

Project Planning & Execution Management

• Lead project kickoff, planning meetings, and regular progress reviews.

Stakeholder & Authority Coordination

• Act as the primary liaison with HDB officers, consultants, and stakeholders.

• Ensure timely submission and approval of drawings, materials, and method statements.
• Coordinate with authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance matters.

Cost & Contract Management

Schedule & Progress Control

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Implement QA/QC systems and ensure adherence to HDB quality requirements.

• Ensure compliance with CONQUAS standards and project specifications.

Safety & Risk Management

• Enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies and safe work practices.

• Ensure site readiness for audits and inspections.

Team Leadership & Resource Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage Project Engineers, Coordinators, and site staff.

Project Engineer (Building Construction)

Ensuring works are executed according to approved methods, drawings, and standards.
