Job Requirement

• Min 2 years of relevant working experience in constructionindustry

• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering orrelevant qualifications

• Construction estimating or finance experienced isadvantageous

• Sound knowledge of construction

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Ability to organize, plan and strategize

• Traveling from the office to various sites as required

Assist in preparation of door quotations and tender documents (Timber and Metal doors). cost planning and budget estimate

Perform quantity take-offs for tendering

Organise and maintain quotation breakdowns and supporting documents

Pre& Prost-Contracts administration and control

• Supervise and manage site installation works for timber and metal doors
• Lead and coordinate installation teams on site
• Understand drawings and coordinate with main contractor for updated drawings
• Arrange job scope for workers and ensure site safety
• Attend meeting with site engineer with regard to site works progress.
• Enforce site safety practices and discipline among workers
