Job Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and acquire new SME clients requiring unsecured working capital solutions.

• Pipeline Management: Build a consistent sales pipeline through self-sourcing, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

• Credit Assessment: Perform initial credit evaluations, including analysis of financial statements, bank statements, and ACRA data.

• Solution Structuring: Design suitable financing structures tailored to client cash flow and funding requirements.

• Full Sales Cycle: Manage the end-to-end process: Prospecting → Pitching → Submission → Negotiation → Closing.

• Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure seamless deal execution.

• Relationship Management: Maintain post-disbursement relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Portfolio Monitoring: Track repayment performance and manage renewals for existing accounts.
  

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in SME financing, business loan sales, or unsecured lending.

• Demonstrated success in originating and closing unsecured business loans within the Singapore market.

• Strong understanding of SME cash flow analysis and basic credit assessment principles.

• Existing network of SME clients, brokers, or referral partners will be highly preferred.

• Experience in FinTech lending or alternative financing platforms will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Fleet Controller / Operations Manager (ID3588)
Location: Changi
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Salary: $4500-$5000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily trucking operations, including job allocation, route planning, and coordination with drivers, customers, and depots
- Monitor vessel schedules and container movements to ensure timely delivery and minimise delays
- Manage fleet utilisation and capacity, including engagement of external hauliers when required
- Maintain job records and support billing for operational activities
- Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Track operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Support cost control initiatives and improve efficiency in routing, scheduling, and resource utilisation
- Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain relationships with clients and partners, and support business growth initiatives
- Perform ad hoc duties as required

Hands-on experience in network administration, systems management, and end-user support

Working knowledge of IT security practices and compliance requirements

Experience managing external vendors and service providers

Job Description:

IT Network & Infrastructure

• Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT networks, systems, and infrastructure.

• Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability of IT services across the region.

• Lead infrastructure planning, system upgrades, and disaster recovery/business continuity initiatives.

IT Security & Compliance

• Establish and enforce IT security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and industry requirements (e.g. data protection, cybersecurity).

• Oversee risk management, security monitoring, incident response, and periodic security audits.

Vendor & Software Partner Management

• Manage relationships with external vendors, software developers, and technology service providers.

• Oversee contract negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor performance.

• Ensure vendors deliver solutions that meet business, security, and compliance requirements.

IT Help Desk & User Support

• Lead IT help desk operations with partner vendors to provide timely and effective end-user support.

• Establish service standards, KPIs, and escalation procedures for incident and problem management.

• Ensure a consistent IT support experience for users across all locations
