Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level.

Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Order Fulfilment team
• Process and update order-related transactions in SAP
• Manage standalone order updates using ClickUp (digital planning tool)
• Prepare and maintain reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel
• Assist with data extraction and basic analysis (Power BI experience is an advantage)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely order processing, including expediting production and delivery timelines

Requirements :
- 2–3 years of experience in Order Fulfilment or a related supply chain/operations role

- Hands-on experience with SAP is required

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and testing of products to ensure compliance with specifications, quality control checklists, and engineering drawings.
• Record inspection results and complete SAP transactions following inspection approval.
• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) of supplier-submitted samples and document findings.
• Raise Quality Notifications (QN) in SAP for non-conforming products identified during inspection.
• Support administrative activities, including the compilation and maintenance of Device History Records (DHR).

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma in any related course
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Laboratory experience in electronic/ microelectronic/ medical device/ biotechnology industry is preferred.
• Hands-on experience inspecting PCBA, electrical, and mechanical components based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage.
