• Use graphic communication competence to strengthen the uniqueness and consistency of the IKEA identity in in-store and digital communication by applying the principles of IKEA visual and verbal identity.
• Actively contribute to the department action plan with initiatives that will grow the business and support long-term profitability and execute the agreed plans in close co-operation with other functions.
• Plan, implement and evaluate in-store and digital communication to ensure that it conveys the benefits of the IKEA Concept as well as completes and enhances range presentation by using proven solutions, best practices, guidelines and national directions.
• Actively contribute to developing, implementing and evaluating in-store and digital communication strategies that support a convenient shopping experience by using knowledge about life at home and shopping behaviour in the local market.
• Respect routines and responsibilities, work together with the Com&In team and other functions in the store, act quickly to exploit commercial opportunities and understand the impact of your actions on the financial results.
• Secure visual balance and consistency, quality and simplicity, cost-efficiency and sustainability in producing and implementing in-store and digital communication.
• Stay up to date with knowledge about home furnishing, communication and retail design trends to follow creative directions that inspire and surprise store visitors through the IKEA visual and verbal identity.
• Keep visitors in mind and minimise disruption when working on the shop floor.

Responsible :

• Guide and coordinate the development of creative assets across campaign touchpoints including (but not limited to) in-mall signages, directories, digital and social media materials
• Conduct regular audits to ensure visual consistency and quality across all in-mall communication touchpoints.
• Conceptualise and produce campaign key visuals and design assets supporting marketing activations and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with creative vendors and service providers to ensure quality production and timely delivery.
• Support marketing activations through photography, videography and multimedia content creation.
• Coach and mentor Design team in technical guidance and training in multimedia tools including motion graphics, photography and content creation, upskilling and optimising efficiency, providing feedback and support regularly

Accountable:

• Champion for mall’s overall design aesthetic and ensure it is in accordance with brand guidelines and corporate identity
• Safekeeping of department’s production equipment, assets and media files
• Accountable for efficient utilisation of design and production budgets within approved campaign allocations.

Contribute:

• Share creative best practices and design inspiration to enhance marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Offer creative input and design perspectives during campaign planning discussions.
