Your new role
Our client is looking for a Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales administration, coordinating across global stakeholders, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication across functions.
• Monitoring and managing customer and internal queries (email and phone)
• Capturing and maintaining accurate data related to pricing, production, quality, shipments, and collections
• Updating revenue commitments(Provisional vs Final Pricing) monthly
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
• Supporting pricing processes, including drafting and sending price offers
• Supporting contract management, including tracking, reviewing, and issuing agreements and amendments
What you need
• Atleast 2 years’ experience in sales administration, logistics coordination, or commercial support roles
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills
• Ability to work flexibly across different time zones
• Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of operational activities
