JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Filling calibration process, data and prepare report as required.
• Cooperate with the technical department to serve customers.
• Monitor and control all customers order status such as delivery and any other requirement are met.
• Monitor document validity, review dates, and initiate updates when required.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Competent in MS Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
• Able to work in a team, independently and drive for continuous improvement.

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:

• Manage, organize, and maintain company documents and record.

• Handle document distribution, filing and record keeping.

• Support departments in document retrieval and management.

协助各部门文件资料的调阅与管理。

• Maintain confidentially and integrity of all documents.

Requirement:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

学历SPM以上

• Chinese candidate Preferred.
