Monthly Base Salary: Up to $2500 + AWS + VB
Your Responsibilities: -
Manage incoming phone calls and provide professional reception support to ensure effective communication flow.
Maintain organized filing systems for Goods Received Notes (GRNs), payment vouchers, shipping documents, correspondence, and invoices.
Receive, date-stamp, and distribute incoming mail to maintain accurate tracking and processing records.
Assist in verifying GST figures to support accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of office stationery, PPE, and warehouse consumables.
Requirements: -
Possess Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in an administrative or invoicing role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
