- Provide full spectrum of Human Resource and administrative support.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure employee records are up to date.
- Prepare, update, and file all HR and administrative documents.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and medical records.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate and administer employee training.
- Handle work pass applications (Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass) and liaise with MOM.
- Prepare employment contracts, renewal letters, confirmation letters, and resignation acceptance letters.
- Arrange candidate interviews and support recruitment activities.
- Assist with travel arrangements and visa applications.
- Support company events and employee engagement activities.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Higher Nitec / Diploma in HR, Business or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Strong command of oral and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong interpersonal skills
- Organized, meticulous, and able to handle confidential information
