Responsibilities:               

• To conduct inventory stock take
• Assist Quarterly GST return preparation
• Bank reconciliation
• Supplier and customer master file maintenance
• Daily system operation in general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable maintenance
• Preparation of telegraphic transfer remittance – GCMS banking system
• Invoicing & LC Checking
• Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation 
• Assist in Cash flow maintenance and projection report
• Assist in month-end closing
• Monetary accounts reconciliation
• Data preparation for survey from government agency
• Adhoc supports for all accounting and finance duties

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance
• Min 1 year of experience in Account field

Job Summary

You will assist in audit service provision by preparing clear working papers and verifying source documents to support audit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clear and comprehensive working papers based on audit procedures performed to support audit findings
• Trace and verify source and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of audit evidence
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and support audit team commitments
• Communicate professionally and maintain an organized approach to audit tasks
• Travel as required to client sites to perform audit-related duties
