Scope of Work

Assisting the Accounts department with the following accounting functions.

1. Accounts Payable

a. Payments are accurately allocated to the correct projectand account code.

b. Sufficient records and supporting documents are attachedto each payment.

c. To process payment in according to the team request.

d. Filing of records (vouchers with supporting documents)are completed in a timely manner for subsequent review.

e. Assists in the entry of journal entries, bank and pettycash transactions.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the HOD.

Qualifications

• Polytechnic Diploma, Fresh graduates, or students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent. 
• Knowledge of MS Office, FRS, Companies Act, ISO or any relevant regulatory requirements will be an added advantage. 
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, dependable and trustworthy.

Job Summary

Manage full-set accounting and administrative functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth office operations supporting ERI Group’s compliance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage full set of company accounts including accounts payable (AP), accounts ledger (AL), and general ledger (GL) to ensure accurate month-end closings
• Compile and submit quarterly GST returns for ESS & EAS and prepare annual tax filings in compliance with IRAS regulations
• Monitor supplier invoices, verify payment status, and maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems
• Perform invoicing data analysis, inspect bank transactions, manage intercompany transactions, and conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Execute general administrative duties including managing office correspondence, courier handling, scanning, data entry, and office rental coordination by liaising with management and landlords
• Verify and process employee claims for disbursement to ensure compliance with company policies
• Calculate and prepare CPF contributions and payroll including commissions for staff to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
• Maintain HR documents including recruitment records, staff files, attendance sheets, and leave records to support workforce management
• Arrange meetings, events, and visitor reception with registration to facilitate smooth office operations
• Manage work pass applications and renewals (Employment Pass, Dependent Pass, S Pass, Work Permit) for staff as required, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations
• Perform additional tasks as authorized by the General Manager to support business operations

Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Internal Audit

Provide assurance services via financial, operational, compliance and IT audits, as well as advisory services such as process improvement reviews.

For audit projects assigned:

Perform required audit procedures and conduct audit testing to assess operating effectiveness of controls in-place, and conclude as required;

Prepare draft audit recommendations for improvement to business process and collate management responses and action plans

Perform audit issues follow-up.

Build and maintain strong and productive relationships with management, and as appropriate, third parties.

Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the function head.
