The team you will be part of
The Brand Management Team is the trusted partner for leading brands across Southeast Asia in strategic planning and driving sustainable online business growth. By analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and aligning with our clients' commercial objectives, the team develops and executes data-backed strategies that maximize conversion and revenue. With a strong grasp of category dynamics and platform trends, and driving collaboration and coordination across other functions internally, Brand Management plays a key role in shaping long-term brand success in the digital commerce space.
The part you will play
A Junior Key Account Manager will be responsible to support small to medium sized accounts that may or may not be directly assigned to a KAM. Junior KAM will be expected to handle operational tasks, storefront maintenance and most of the internal cross functional tasks with: Content, Customer Service and/or Fulfillment if applicable.
As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will take charge of
- Supporting the execution of promotion plans and campaign coordination.
- Responsible for product listings and pricing submission.
- Managing inventory efficiently to avoid stock-out.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams (KAM, Content, Customer Service)
- Other ad-hoc projects related to online sales.
What we are looking for - the ideal profile
- University degree
- Good command of English (reading/writing/speaking/listening)
- Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn and drive to optimize
- Good analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person.
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Previous Ecommerce experience is a strong plus.
