Business Function

- Group Audit helps the Board and Executive Management meet the strategic and operational objectives of the Bank Group. We conduct independent checks to ensure that the Group’s risk and control processes are adequate and effective. All our team members are highly sought-after professionals who work as trusted advisors to our clients, in all matters related to a company’s internal controls.

- In Banking Group audit function, we look after a portfolio made up of Wealth Management, Legal & Compliance function (including Financial Crime & Security Services) and Corporate Functions (such as CRESA & GSMC etc.)

Responsibilities

- Conduct audits for audit portfolio and identify the associated risks

- Support Function Audit Head and Deputies in project planning and execution

- Escalate issues appropriately and timely. Ensure concise and clear audit findings and reports are presented on a timely basis.

- Keep abreast on the development of regulatory, industry and product development through continuous monitoring and auditing.

- Participate in digital initiatives (including data analytics tools and data driven operating model) to promote data driven audits.

Requirements

- Degree qualification, with at least 4-6 years’ relevant experience in the internal and/or external audit of financial services industry, preferably with relevant experience in consumer banking, wealth management and/or legal & compliance functions

- Self-motivated and demonstrates the initiative & ability to work independently and effectively with multiple priorities

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), i.e., able to articulate key messages effectively.

- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team mates.

- Proven robust analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

- Accounting or internal audit qualifications (Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)) are preferred.

Business Function

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Auditor with over 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services sector.

The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing, assessing, and validating IT governance, security, and compliance frameworks for financial institutions in Singapore.

This role requires hands-on expertise in regulatory compliance, security controls, with a focus on MAS technology risk regulations and international security standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute audit tasks independently and effectively, contributing as a strong team member to the overall success of audit engagements.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of security controls and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with auditee and audit teams to ensure audit findings are addressed.

• Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Conduct risk assessments and support remediation efforts.

• Prepare audit documentation and present findings to senior leadership.

Experience & Requirements

• We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior IT Auditor with 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in financial institutions or consulting roles focused on IT risk and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

• Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory landscape, especially MAS Cyber Hygiene Notice, TRM Notice, TRM Guide, and Payment Services regulations.

• Proven track record in conducting independent gap assessments and providing practical recommendations for IT control improvements.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent are advantageous.
