1. Business Collaboration
- Work with salespersons to prepare service agreement checklists, SRA (site risk assessment), pricing calculators, service contract, installation layout, etc.
- Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, quotations and other related issues.
- Do any necessary administrative work including sending, receiving, and monitoring sales documents.
- Support for follow-up sales processes on SOPs; Crosscheck & update on Drive, Portfolio, iCABS.
- Monitor & Remind Tasks/ Deadline related to Sales Dept., status contract turns back office.
- Prepare Service Folder, update latest version of documents,
- Manage Stuffs & Stationery of sales dept.: Demo, EFK & Consumables, Brochure, Contract, Envelop, Letter Head, Red Folder, Raincoat, Bag, Tool kit for Sale….
- Organize Forms, Files, and Templates on Public Dept. & Public New
- Monitoring drivers and company cars
- Processing PR, payment requests for sales operating costs
- Managing iCABS sales rezoning and portfolio handovers

- Enhance cross functional collaboration and branch colleagues to deliver company expectations.
2. Product Sales
- Manage and coordinate product sales performance for the HCM branch, ensuring alignment with sales plans and achievement of target performance.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on product sales performance for the HCM branch to support tracking and decision-making.
3. Other
- Other tasks are required by Line Manager.
- Graduated from College/University with major in Business Administration, Customer Service or Marketing with the same level in foreign companies.
- Have at least 01 experience year in the field of service planning/ sales administrator and/or customer service.
- Proven experience in sales data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role
- Experience supporting sales teams and commercial decision-making
- Good working behavior
