WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
What you will focus on
- As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the marketing strategy for live games, from feature launches and seasonal beats to long-term brand building and growth initiatives.
What it means on a daily basis
Go-to-market Strategy
- Define target audiences, positioning, and competitive differentiation through market research, benchmarking, and consumer insights.
- Shape the brand vision for assigned title, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Partner with Production teams throughout development to integrate marketing insights into UX, engagement, retention, and in-game marketing systems.
Roadmap Planning & Execution
- Build and execute annual marketing plans aligned with the product roadmap to boost brand awareness, acquisition, and long-term retention.
- Define marketing strategies and KPIs for each activation and deliver structured post-mortems with actionable recommendations.
- Develop concepts for promotional assets, manage creative kick-offs and oversee production through final delivery.
Store Publishing & User Acquisition
- Define and execute the App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy in close collaboration with ASO experts to maximize store visibility and conversion.
- Shape marketing vision for User Acquisition campaigns alongside UA Managers and Creative Leads, ensuring solid performance, creative relevance, and brand consistency.
External Stakeholder Management
- Manage asset approvals and alignment with external partners, ensuring delivery against agreed milestones.
- Act as a key marketing counterpart for external and internal stakeholders to enable smooth collaboration and decision-making.
Market Intelligence & Performance Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and player behaviors to inform positioning, roadmap priorities, and campaign strategy.
- Analyze marketing and product performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for development and publishing teams.

- You will shape clear product positioning and deliver high-impact go-to-market plans that fuel acquisition, engagement, and sustainable performance.
