Get to Know the Role
As an Account Management Lead, you will be responsible in establishing and managing strong business relationships with existing and potential relationship to drive growth for Grab. You will lead all elements of business identification, strategy, partnerships, account management, and execution strategy. You will help co-create the business development plan and roadmap to ensure that it is synchronised with the overall Grab strategic direction and will be the key owner of various business development projects and ensure it have a delivery. You will report to the Food Merchant Partner Manager. The role is contract based and onsite at the Jakarta office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Lead a team of Account Managers to manage top merchants and in charge of merchant allocation for his/her team
- Make plans on how to achieve target for each AM with clear instruction based on data
- Be responsible for team performance and in charge of guiding the team growth
- Give insight on how the result of ongoing campaign and to suggest / give feedback on how to make it better & proposing campaign that can do better than existing / additional
- Make sure all AM's Portfolio participate on campaign to achieve the topline target
- Understand all ongoing campaign and do random checking to ensure AM understanding
- Be a business consultant for AM & hard dealing merchant supposedly if AM can't handle the merchant & think of better sollution that can be given at the moment
- Improve partner growth by applying a data-driven approach to estimate ROI, analyze KPIs, and improve basket size to build customer loyalty.
- Ensure partners maintain high service and food quality standards. Collaborate with operations, customer service, and partners to resolve issues and maintain consistency.
- Collaborate with City Ops Team, City Growth, & Marketing Team to execute merchant operational excellent, Best campaign strategy, & Marketing strategy
