Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a field-oriented Large Area Associate (LAA) to join our team. In this role, you will work on the ground to build strong relationships with merchants in strategically identified, high-density areas. Your core mission is to help these merchants grow their businesses through data-backed engagement, campaign participation, and the adoption of high-impact commercial solutions. You will report to the Large Area Manager Lead and work onsite in our Jakarta office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Identify high-potential merchants based on cuisine relevance, performance, and offline traffic.
- Act as a dedicated monthly growth consultant for merchants within your assigned zone.
- Build trust through frequent in-person visits and strategic follow-up calls.
- Serve as the primary advisor for merchants upgrading their delivery and digital presence.
- Drive high merchant campaign participation to beat city-level benchmarks.
- Increase the take-up of ads, new products, and exclusive "bet deals" or pilots.
- Operate effectively within a tightly defined, high-density geographic territory.
- Prioritize and hit targeted business growth and campaign metrics.
