- Lead the acquisition function to identify market opportunities, plan tactical outreach, and ensure seamless onboarding for new clients and partners.
- Direct account management efforts to cultivate long-term client relationships, optimize customer satisfaction, and unlock the value of existing accounts.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, particularly Marketing, to align on promotional strategies and coordinate the deployment of marketing assets.
- Track daily pipelines and team metrics to deliver clear, data-driven progress updates to senior leadership.
