At Gameloft, great games deserve great communities. We are looking for a Community Management Intern who is excited to connect people through content, social media, and meaningful player engagement.
This internship offers first-hand experience in community management within a leading game developer in the region, starts from content planning and publishing to moderation, reporting, and strategy support.
If you are passionate about gaming, social media trends, and creating content that people love to engage with, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Your Main Challenge
Support the growth and engagement of Gameloft Yogyakarta’s social media presence while helping create authentic stories that connect our studio with audiences locally and globally.
What It Means on a Daily Basis
Content Planning & Publishing
• Support content planning and publish approved content across Studio social media channels
• Explore content opportunities together with internal stakeholders
Community Moderation & Engagement
• Support moderation activities and help maintain positive interactions across Studio communities
• Monitor content performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement
Social Media Strategy Support
• Support social media initiatives through benchmarking, insights, and creative ideation
WHAT SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE
Within your first 1–2 months, you will learn our content workflow, social media standards, and community management practices while supporting daily execution across channels.
By around 4–6 months, you will start taking ownership of content publishing, community moderation, and reporting while contributing ideas to improve engagement and audience interaction.
By the end of the internship (12 months), your success will be reflected through measurable community impact, including:
