- Develop and maintain total rewards strategy (compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition) that aligns with business goals and corporate values.
- Analyze market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness across multiple business sectors and roles.
- Design and review compensation structures, including base pay, allowances, and variable pay, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Oversee performance-based incentive and bonus programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
- Advise and provide guidance to HR teams across business units on compensation and benefits policies, implementation, and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate reward program effectiveness and propose adjustments to support employee motivation and retention.
- Evaluate compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards in compensation and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR Analytics teams to develop and monitor reward-related budgets and forecasts.
- Lead or contribute to group-wide projects such as job grading, pay structure harmonization, or digitalization of compensation systems (e.g., HRIS integration).
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Finance, or Business Administration. Master’s degree (MBA or related field) is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in large conglomerate or multi-industry environments. Prior experience in HR consulting, market benchmarking, or reward system design is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and market trends.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
- Familiarity with HRIS and compensation management tools is a plus.
