- Deliver Training: Conduct day-to-day training sessions for sales team members at client sites, strictly following established guidelines.
- Execute Programs: Implement standardized training programs designed to support daily sales activities and boost team productivity.
- Track Performance: Monitor training outcomes and administer evaluations to ensure effective implementation and track sales productivity.
- Maintain Materials: Update and organize training materials (such as slide decks, FAQs, case studies, and assessment modules) based on the standardized templates provided by the Head Office.
- Material Readiness: Ensure all training assets and information are up to date, organized, and readily available for field deployment.
- Coordinate Logistics: Organize and support regional teams with all necessary training logistics and maintain training equipment in good condition.
- Field Compliance: Check and ensure that all marketing materials in the field are installed properly and fully comply with brand standards.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with PIC Trainers, Placement, and Business Teams to align daily training execution with immediate business needs.
