Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with McEasy’s business goals and expansion plans
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture
  • Build scalable HR frameworks to support rapid growth (startup to scale-up transition)

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy, especially for tech, sales, and operations roles
  • Strengthen employer branding to position McEasy as a top talent destination in SaaS/logistics
  • Optimize hiring processes, speed, and quality of hires

3. Performance Management & Culture

  • Drive a high-performance culture through structured performance management systems
  • Implement KPI/OKR frameworks aligned with business objectives
  • Lead performance calibration, succession planning, and talent development initiatives

4. Organization Development & Change Management

  • Design organizational structures that support agility and scalability
  • Lead transformation initiatives (e.g., restructuring, culture shifts, leadership capability building)
  • Ensure strong employee engagement and retention strategies

5. Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations

  • Oversee competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with market benchmarks
  • Ensure HR policies, compliance, and governance are in place and scalable
  • Drive HR analytics and data-driven decision making

6. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive, transparent, and high-trust work environment
  • Handle complex employee relations issues with strong judgment and fairness
  • Lead engagement surveys and actionable improvement plans
