Responsibilities
- Develop and implement detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct regression testing to verify bug fixes and software updates.
- Report and document defects clearly and track their resolution through the lifecycle.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance testing processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with test management software and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages is a plus.
