- Design and implement comprehensive internal development strategies that foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for internal teams across various departments.
- Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
- Create and update high-quality learning materials, including modules, playbooks, and digital content.
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of training initiatives and use data to continuously refine our programs.
