About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Executive to manage inventory operations and support the smooth day-to-day functioning of our beauty retail store. The role is responsible for stock management, supplier coordination, receiving shipments, and ensuring products are accurately tracked and available at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels across retail and storage locations.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming products.

• Perform regular stock counts and monthly stock reconciliations.

• Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Manage stock transfers between locations.

Logistics & Operations

• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and courier partners.

• Prepare products for store replenishment and customer orders.

• Organise and maintain storage areas following company standards.

• Ensure products are stored safely and according to expiry requirements.

• Assist with import and export documentation when required.

Supplier Coordination

• Communicate with suppliers regarding purchase orders and deliveries.

• Track shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues.

• Support procurement activities and maintain supplier records.

Reporting & Systems

• Update inventory management and POS systems.

• Generate inventory, sales, and stock movement reports.

• Support management with forecasting and replenishment planning.

• Maintain accurate operational documentation.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or retail operations.

• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or retail industries is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 15-20 kg.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with POS and inventory systems.

• Knowledge of Singapore retail operations and supplier management.

• Familiarity with barcode scanning and stocktaking processes.

 Digital Marketing & Social Media Planning and Management

• Based on the global digital media strategy, plan and manage digital marketing flight plan for the region.

• Oversee and drive performance of Digital Marketing and ensure continuous improvements and identification of digital marketing opportunities.

• Focusing on driving efficient results through the funnel from impressions to clicks, CTR, engagement to marketing and sales forms and finally Opportunities Won.

• Advise and manage the content of paid media, social media and regional website

• Oversee and steer Retailers upper funnel activities together with Brand Communications Manager and Marketing and Communications Managers for the regional sub-hubs to align on the best possible joint effort to drive Awareness and Interest through the Sales funnel.

 Marketing Intelligence

• Deep dive into (U)HNWI audience to reach out to the untapped new target groups for new car sales, Certified by Bentley and Aftersales.

• Identify CRM and digital marketing (website and social media) data patterns and trends using primary and secondary sources, and provide insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement and solution assessment.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or Marketing equivalent.

• Minimum working experience of 2 years in Marketing & Communications.

• Experience within the automotive and or luxury industry in Digital and Performance Marketing with an established understanding of Salesforce use.

• Understanding of the Bentley brand and customer experience in luxury industry.

• Good skills in influencing others based on data-driven information.

• Keen on cultural diversity especially in the AP region.

Electrical Engineer

• Office: Jalan Besar / Lavender MRT
• Project Site: TUAS areas (Transport provided for designation MRT station to site office)
• Junior: $4000 to $4500, Senior: $4500 to $6000
• Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm, Sat may need works depends on site (if works 8 hours can claim allowances)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Familiar with Singapore electrical standards, codes and PUB requirements.
• Able to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience in the construction industry and Building Management System (BMS) projects is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Job scopes

• Coordinate and supervise electrical works for retrofitting, A&A, infrastructure, industrial, water treatment, or wastewater treatment projects.
• Interpret and review electrical drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and material submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards..
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including LV power distribution, switchboards, MCCs, control panels, and ELV systems.
