Intro:
Reporting to designated Team Lead or Manager of Corporate Secretarial team, you will be responsible for assisting the senior team member in administration of a portfolio of clientele which includes Singapore incorporated entities and offshore entities in areas of compliance to the relevant legislations and regulations as well as procedural advisory work.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

· Provide support to team members in handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial matters for clients and ensure statutory and compliance issues are met

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

· Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification or those pursuing, as well as Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Law with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, is preferred.

· Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active client servicing aptitude and basic commercial acumen

Key Responsibilities

About the Role
