This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and can communicate effectively in a multilingual environment. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth coordination with customers, carriers, and internal teams, handling inquiries promptly, and providing accurate documentation and updates to support the end-to-end logistics process.
Job Description
- Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Process bookings and execute related orders in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain accurate tracking status for all shipments.
- Communicate effectively with overseas offices, agents, shipping lines, and clients to ensure smooth coordination.
- Handle clients’ inquiries via telephone and email, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Provide responsive support to both internal and external customers by addressing concerns and offering effective solutions.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient filing system for all documents to ensure systematic retrieval.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Meticulous, good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player with positive work attitudes.
