GENERIC RESPONISBILITIES
- To always act in SISMA Auto’s best interests
- To always diligently follow ALL CURRENT BYD and/or Sisma Auto processes, policies, guidelines and documentation requirements
- To stay updated to any changes in the processes and modify behaviors accordingly
- To respect the authorities
- To always behave in a courteous and professional manner
- To always maintain clean and professional appearance, adhering to relevant guidelines and/or wearing a uniform if requested
- To always treat customers with the utmost respect and professionalism
- To maintain effective and open communications with peer/subordinates/superiors to discuss feedback, issues, seek and provide suggestions for improvements.
- To perform any other duties reasonably requested by the Management
- To ensure any direct reports also adhere to the above general guidelines
- To be punctual at all times
- To diligently complete all training assigned
- To be prepared to work extra time, as requested by the management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support SISMA Auto’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies towards achieving best in class customer service
- To develop short-term and long-term CRM goals to enhance SISMA AUTO's overall performance
- To identify areas where CRM can complement and improve SISMA AUTO existing processes
- To manage development, execution and completion of CRM plans to achieve the goals
- To develop instructions and implement internal campaigns to improve CRM adoption and usage
- To support the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT(CEM) for SISMA Auto
- To support communication between SISMA AUTO and its customers
- To support the collection and analysis of customer feedback from the customers and the development of strategies or corrective measures to address any identified issues
- To continuously work with marketing, sales and after sales teams in order customize the CRM based on their requirements
- To Provide appropriate tools for the teams to measure and improve their performance and customer service
- Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned to you based on the needs of the organization.

SISMA Auto is an authorized super dealer and service provider for Jaguar and Land Rover in Malaysia. Sisma Auto commenced operations in 1994 as the sole importer, distributor and exclusive accredited aftersales service provider for Jaguar cars in Malaysia. For 20 years SISMA Auto built the Jaguar brand in Malaysia and has invested significantly over the years to provide services benefiting its VIP customers. "2014 marks 20 years of SISMA Auto with Jaguar. What better way to celebrate this milestone than to add Land Rover, another iconic British brand to our family. In 2014 Jaguar Land Rover (Malaysia), a joint venture between SISMA Auto and Sime Darby Motors, as its exclusive importer for Jaguar and Land Rover in Malaysia. The joint venture was formed via SISMA Auto’s acquisition of a 40% share in Sime Darby Motors’ Land Rover (Malaysia), which was then renamed Jaguar Land Rover (Malaysia). Jaguar Land Rover (Malaysia) in turn appointed SISMA Auto as dual brand Jaguar Land Rover super dealers across Malaysia. The joint venture takes advantage of more than 50 years of cumulative experience the respective joint venture partners have accumulated with Jaguar and Land Rover in Malaysia. SISMA Auto is the automotive arm of the Sisma Group of Companies. The SISMA Group is proudly a second-generation family owned group of companies. SISMA Auto’s commitment to growth of both Jaguar and Land Rover brands in Malaysia led to opening of two major new branch in less than a year. The first was its city showroom, SISMA Auto Kuala Lumpur, at Menara Worldwide, Jalan Bukit Bintang, which commenced operations in October 2014. The company has officially opened its new Glenmarie 3S centre in June 2015. SISMA Auto is also investing up to RM20 million in a new Jaguar Land Rover 3S centre in Penang to cater to the Northern region. In the meantime, the company has opened an interim facility.
