• Method Statement & Planning: Compile and refine comprehensive construction schemes and method statements for full framing support and girder launching sequences.

要求：

• 至少5年現場工程造價師工作經驗（基礎建設/土木工程經驗優先）。
• 具備全套申報文件的豐富知識與經驗。
• 必須具備起草和提交延期申請函和合約函件的實務經驗。
• 能夠獨立工作並有效領導網站的商業運作。
• 較強的談判技巧和對建築法律/合約形式的深刻理解。
