Tanggungjawab Utama — Jualan

• Capai bajet jualan bulanan dan suku tahunan dengan mengembangkan rangkaian pengedar dan pemborong sedia ada serta memperoleh akaun baharu.

Keperluan

• Minimum Diploma atau Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Perniagaan, Pemasaran, Komunikasi Massa atau bidang yang berkaitan.
• 1–3 tahun pengalaman dalam peranan jualan dan pemasaran gabungan, sebaik-baiknya dalam industri automotif, FMCG atau pengedaran perindustrian.

Position Overview

 We are looking for a proactive and versatile Sales & Marketing Executive to drive both on-ground sales and brand-building activities for our automotive battery division across Malaysia. This dual-function role carries clear accountability for monthly sales budgets and state wholesaler activation targets, alongside measurable marketing deliverables — covering Exide, Sebang, and our house brand Neuton Power.

Key Responsibilities — Sales

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales budgets by growing the existing dealer and wholesaler network and acquiring new accounts.
• Identify, onboard, and maintain active wholesalers in every assigned state — ensuring regular ordering patterns are established within the 6-month target window.
• Conduct regular field visits to wholesalers, dealers, automotive workshops, petrol stations, and spare parts retailers to sustain relationships and drive sell-through.

責任

• 接收客戶訂單，確認需求，準備準確的銷售訂單、發票和出貨單據。
• 安排送貨或第三方快遞
• 協助收款並跟進未結清的客戶帳戶
• 負責與供應商/廠商就採購訂單進行溝通
• 核對供應商發票及送貨單與採購訂單是否一致
• 協調公司送貨車輛的日常維護和檢查工作。
• 帶領倉庫團隊進行庫存盤點、揀貨、包裝和庫存核對。
• 立即報告庫存差異或貨物損壞。
• 根據需要完成其他任何任務
• 負責全部帳務，包括一般會計、應收帳款、應付帳款、現金流量、銀行對帳、每月結算、稅務及財務問題。
• 全面負責財務行政工作。

• Loading, unloading, and arranging goods
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery
• Check and maintain stock accuracy
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety
• Assist with stock receiving and inventory counting
• Support delivery and logistics coordination
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Job Scopes : -

1. Ensure designs and drawings comply with regulations and quality standards
2. Able to adhere to schedule given
3. Prepare mood boards, material boards, colour schemes, and design presentations.
4. Propose design solutions that prioritise functionality, space efficiency, and aesthetics.
5. Work with project team to ensure design intent is delivered accurately.
6. Attend client consultant and site meetings to monitor progress and verify that workmanship aligns with design plans.
7. Any others responsibilities and duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements : -

1. At Least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
2. Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, MS Excel, Sketchup or other drafting and modeling software
3. Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minor supervision
5. Have good knowledge in interior fit out project management & technical detailing
6. Applicant must possess own transport and willing to travel when required
7. Possess strong self-learning ability, teamwork skills, and result-oriented
