About the team

The Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC) team at Airwallex is a collaborative group of legal minds and risk management experts. The Global Regulatory Compliance Team forms part of the second line of defence (2LOD) at Airwallex whilst operating within the larger LRC function. What you'll do

As Director, Regulatory Compliance, Asia you will deliver on the regulatory engagement strategy and maintain our licensing responsibilities for our regulated financial services entities across Asia. You will coordinate with all internal and external parties to ensure compliance through the communication of regulatory requirements, cross-functional collaboration to productize solutions and offerings, implementation and execution of processes and interfacing with our regulators. Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in law from a recognised university or analogous Compliance qualifications / experience;

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance in a regulated financial institution, FinTech, legal / consulting firm, or combination of the above;

• Familiarity with financial regulatory laws, rules, regulations and industry best practices across the Asia region;

• Significant experience in a variety of regulatory legal or compliance roles, with experience in managing teams across multiple geographies;

About the Role

We're looking for a senior marketing analytics leader who can connect the dots between business goals, growth marketing performance, and data-driven decision making. This is a newly created position within the Marketing organization.

Job Description

• Define and lead a cohesive Group-level marketing vision aligned with commercial and growth objectives
• Build scalable digital and performance marketing capabilities across multiple markets and channels
• Drive go-to-market strategy for major game titles and IP launches, from planning to post-launch optimisation
• Strengthen corporate brand positioning, Public Relations strategy, and external communications at Group level
• Partner closely with publishing, sales, and commercial teams to enable revenue growth and demand generation

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
• 12+ years of marketing leadership within gaming, entertainment, or consumer technology
• Demonstrated success in scaling digital and performance marketing with clear commercial outcomes
• Strong exposure operating across multiple markets and managing complex stakeholder environments

The Business Development Director is responsible for driving growth and expanding the company’s client base in the construction management sector. This role involves strategic planning, identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and leading proposal development to secure high-value projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent business acumen, and proven experience in a senior business development role.

Chair meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, technical experts, etc. to resolve any design/budget/technical issues that might derail the project delivery. Coordinate building inspections by relevant authorities. Direct all site activities of site staff, contractors and suppliers, etc., and manage the communication between different groups to ensure timely response to project requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary ER lead, partnering with leadership and HR to manage risks, trends, and workplace culture.
• Advise managers and HR on ER matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflicts.

• Implement ER policies in line with local laws and global standards.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams on case resolution.
• Analyze ER data and trends to drive improvements and preventative actions.
