Cedars Digital is looking for a Head of Commercial Growth to join our leadership team and help drive the next stage of ourglobal growth.
We are a team building AI-powered carbon management solutions to help enterprises measure, manage, and reduce their carbon footprint across complex supply chains. Our ambition is simple but bold: to help businesses move from carbon reporting to real carbon action.

What you will be driving:
1. Market Growth & Customer Impact
a. Identify customer pain points across SMB and Enterprise manufacturing, supply chain ecosystems. Sell business outcomes, not price.
b. Build long-term customer partnerships focused on retention, expansion and lifetime value
2. Repeatable Sales Engine
a. Design and operationalise a MEDDIC-based sales motion across discovery, qualification, proposal and close
b. Run a subscription and usage-based revenue model with clear land, expand and renew playbooks
c. Drive predictable recurring revenue across the full funnel — pipeline, conversion, forecasting and expansion
d. Personally run strategic deals across international markets — lead from the front and set the standard
3. Sales Coaching & Leadership
a. Build, coach and scale a young, high-performing commercial team - develop sellers, not just hit numbers
b. Embed MEDDIC-based discovery, deal reviews and pipeline inspection that visibly lift rep performance over time
c. Partner with Product and Marketing to turn customer signals into roadmap and GTM priorities
d. Sit on the Cedars Leadership Team; driving company growth and commercial strategy
What will help you succeed in this role:
1. 5+ years in a commercial leadership role (Head of Sales, VP Sales, Sales Director or equivalent), owning a number and an international team
2. Proven sales coach who has developed a young or early career team through sales pitch coaching, deal reviews and solution proposals
3. Leads by example, still personally engages on strategic deals and sets the bar for discovery, qualification and closing
4. International sales experience across SMB and Enterprise
5. Designed and operationalised a repeatable SaaS sales motion, including a usage-based model; strong grasp of ARR, NRR and forecasting
6. Manufacturing, supply chain or ESG / carbon management exposure preferred but not a must
