The Opportunity: 

As the Associate Manager, Key Account, you will own and grow our distributor business, managing everything from sales performance and commercial strategy to in-market execution. You’ll work closely with distributors and key customers to identify growth opportunities, expand distribution, and ensure strong visibility and sell-through of products at retail.

The part you will play

A Key Account Manager is the liaison officer between Intrepid, its clients, and the platforms the client is selling on. He/She oversees the Intrepid-client relationship, determines opportunities, and identifies process improvements to grow their online sales revenue and to ensure Intrepid delivers the service level agreement.

As a Key Account Manager, you will take charge of 

• Deliver & perform best on the following KPIs for brand/seller partners, through internal & external coordination with concerned departments:
• Content management & optimization
• Campaign strategies & execution
• Chat response representation of the brand/seller

• Progressive revenue trend and overall online sales performance

The team you will be part of

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Malaysia. As the brand’s main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands and take ownership of their business like it is yours. You negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand, in order to grow the business.
