• Responsible for the assisting with recruitment cycle from getting details from candidates for their resumes to helping to communicate offers to candidates
• Assisting with submissions and checking of documents

• Strong interest in social media content creation, particularly TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram.
• Understanding of short-form content trends, storytelling, audience engagement, and social media best practices.
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar mobile editing applications.
• Comfortable filming and creating content using a mobile phone.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and write Chinese is an added advantage, especially for Xiaohongshu content.
• Experience managing personal social media accounts or creating UGC (User-Generated Content) is a plus.
• Portfolio or examples of previous content creation work are preferred.
