Ringkasan Kerja

Kami sedang mencari Penyelaras Keselamatan & Kesihatan / Pegawai Keselamatan Rendah yang proaktif dan berorientasikan perincian untuk menyelia, melaksanakan dan mengekalkan piawaian keselamatan dan kesihatan pekerjaan di seluruh tempat kerja kami. Calon yang berjaya akan bertindak sebagai tulang belakang KKP dalaman kami, memastikan pematuhan peraturan, meminimumkan bahaya tempat kerja dan memacu budaya keselamatan yang positif.

Tanggungjawab Utama

1. Pematuhan & Dokumentasi Kawal Selia

• Bertindak sebagai Penyelaras KKP yang ditetapkan di bawah Seksyen 29A Akta OSHA (Pindaan) 2022.
• Mengurus, menyelenggara dan menyusun secara sistematik semua dokumentasi dan fail berkanun KKP.
• Membantu pihak pengurusan dalam mengemukakan notifikasi berkanun kepada JKKP (JKKP), termasuk notifikasi kemalangan (JKKP 6/7) dan daftar tahunan (JKKP 8).
• Menyelaras dan mengambil bahagian secara aktif dalam mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Keselamatan dan Kesihatan syarikat.

2. Pengurusan Bahaya & Penilaian Risiko

• Menjalankan tinjauan tapak dan pemeriksaan rutin secara berkala untuk mengenal pasti tindakan atau keadaan yang tidak selamat.
• Memimpin dan mengemas kini HIRARC (Pengenalpastian Bahaya, Penilaian Risiko dan Kawalan Risiko) secara berkala untuk semua aktiviti kerja.
• Pastikan pengurusan bahan kimia yang betul, termasuk menyelenggara Helaian Data Keselamatan (SDS) dan label yang terkini.

3. Siasatan Insiden & Tindak Balas Kecemasan

• Memimpin siasatan ke atas sebarang insiden tempat kerja, nyaris berlaku atau kejadian berbahaya; mengenal pasti punca utama dan mengesyorkan tindakan pencegahan.
• Membantu dalam membangun, menguji dan menyelenggara Pelan Tindak Balas Kecemasan (ERP).
• Menyelaras latihan kebakaran tempat kerja secara berkala, acara keselamatan dan memastikan semua peralatan kecemasan (pemadam api, peti pertolongan cemas) diperiksa dan diservis secara berkala.

4. Budaya & Latihan Keselamatan

• Menggalakkan budaya "Keselamatan Didahulukan" yang proaktif dalam kalangan pekerja dan kontraktor.

Pendidikan & Pengalaman

• Pendidikan: Diploma atau Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (KKP), Kejuruteraan, atau bidang teknikal yang berkaitan.
• Pengalaman: Minimum 1–2 tahun pengalaman secara langsung dalam mengendalikan fungsi keselamatan dan kesihatan tempat kerja.

Pensijilan & Kecekapan (Penting)

• Wajib Dimiliki: Bertauliah dan berdaftar sebagai Orang Terlatih untuk Penyelaras KKP (KKP-C) dengan DOSH / JKKP Malaysia.
