要求：
- 最低學歷要求為SPM或以上。
- 具備良好的客戶服務意識和為客戶服務的熱情。
- 較強的人際溝通和溝通能力。
- 能夠自信地與各層級的客戶溝通。
- 必須能夠有效地理解、說、讀、寫馬來語。
- 具備電腦操作能力，能夠有效率地操作電腦系統。
- 態度積極，自我激勵，樂於學習。
