Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in freight forwarding, logistics, custom agent, or other similar industry.
- Candidate that have strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Possess good problem solving soft skill and initiative in work.
- Willing to travel & meet customers/suppliers.
Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Build, maintain & strengthen relations with existing / potential customers.
- Coordinate and monitor shipment activities, ensuring timely updates are provided to customers regarding shipment status.
- Handle shipping documents such as BL/AWB.
- Promote the Company's Logistics Services and solutions to enhance business growth opportunities.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, hauliers, forwarding agents, shipping lines etc to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
