Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
· Oversee and implement daily operational processes across the office, showroom, and warehouse.
· Establish and maintain administrative systems, documentation, and internal operational reporting.
· Coordinate schedules, meetings, and operational requirements in support of the CEO and management.
· Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments, vendors, and external partners.
Human Resources Support
· Implement and oversee HR administrative processes including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
· Maintain HR systems for staff records, leave tracking, and internal documentation.
· Support team coordination and employee engagement initiatives.
· Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
Logistics & Warehouse Coordination
· Implement systems to manage logistics, inventory flow, and warehouse operationseffectively.
· Overseedocumentation of incoming and outgoing deliveries with suppliers and logistics partners.
· Monitor and coordinate inventory movement between the warehouse and showroom.
· Support stock management systems, shipment tracking, and delivery scheduling.
· Ensure warehouse processes adhere to operational procedures and safety standards.
Showroom & Retail Operations
· Implement and oversee showroom operational systems and processes to support daily retail activities.
· Implement and manage sales systems for showroom operations, including documentation and tracking of orders and transactions.
· Maintain systems to document product movement between warehouse and showroom.
· Support operational coordination related to retail sales and showroom requirements.
Compliance & Management Systems
· Oversee compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
· Implement and maintain management systems, SOPs, and operational workflows.
· Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and adherence to established operational processes.
