The Technical Account Manager (TAM) functions as part of the Enterprise Support team to ensure key enterprise customer success in building applications and services on the AWS platform. The TAM provides assistance to the customer as a strategic expert on the full line of AWS services and the customer’s architecture in support of strategy questions, project and launch planning and ongoing operational issues.

TAMs are engaged at the account level in providing recommendations and proactive advice through all phases of the cloud adoption life cycle. Every day will bring new and exciting challenges on the job while you:

* Champion and advocate for Enterprise Support customers
* Be excited about cross-team and cross-org collaboration
* Make recommendations on how new AWS offerings fit in the company strategy and architecture
* Complete analysis and present periodic reviews of operational performance to customer
* Provide deep reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed prelaunch planning
* Participate in customer requested meetings (onsite or remote)
* Has access and knows how to use all key customer resolution tools across all service groups to facilitate rapid resolution of customer concerns
* Work with some of the leading technologists around the world
* Work directly with Amazon Web Service engineers to ensure that customer issues are resolved as expediently as possible
* Act as incident manager for complex or large impact incident

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of technical engineering experience
- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (3) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients/business partners/stakeholders/customers who predominantly communicate in Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager and client’s PMO team in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, progress reports, dashboards, and other project management documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring any delays or risks are promptly identified and escalated.
• Assist in preparing and consolidating weekly or monthly project status reports for both internal and client stakeholders.
• Track and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timesheets in alignment with client governance requirements.
• Support project governance activities such as steering committee meetings and project reviews.
• Ensure adherence to the client’s project management framework, compliance standards, and documentation templates.
• Coordinate with various workstream leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and issue resolution.
• Manage and maintain project documentation repository and ensure proper version control.
• Assist with change request management, risk and issue tracking, and lessons learned documentation.
• Uphold consulting professionalism, maintain confidentiality, and foster strong collaboration with client teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager or PMO in SharePoint implementation projects (banking or large enterprise preferred).
• Understanding of banking back-office operations (especially in areas of Trade, Remittance, Loan, Deposit, and Treasury), enterprise applications, and cross-border banking platforms.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Ability to manage complex, multi-country and system-related transformation programs
• Good communication skill in both English are preferred to liaise with stakeholders and clients.
• Experience in SSC or offshoring initiatives preferred
• Banking project industry experience is preferred.

We're looking for a senior leader to run our APJ solutions architecture team supporting AWS Partner Programs. You'll lead a team of experienced builders who work directly with our APN Programs team to design and operationalize our flagship Partner programs.

You'll inherit an established, high-performing team spread across APJ. The primary focus is building scalable, programmatic mechanisms that impact the broader Partner community across the region. The work spans flagship APN programs like MAP, AWS Specializations, and AWS Marketplace. Your team will engage 1:1 with strategic partners and handle escalations, but the real measure of success is the 1:many approaches that lift the entire Partner community.

A big part of this role is figuring out how to scale. Your team is responsible for developing agentic approaches to scale our programs and technical enablement for partners. You'll push the boundaries on how we use automation and AI to multiply our impact without multiplying headcount.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead a team of solutions architects focused on partner technical excellence across APJ
• Own the technical strategy and execution for AWS Partner Program initiatives in the region
• Design and build programmatic mechanisms that drive technical enablement and AWS adoption at scale across the partner base

A day in the life

You'll split your time between leading your team across APJ time zones, designing agentic workflows that scale partner enablement, and collaborating with the APN Program team to shape how flagship programs evolve. You'll sync regularly with global counterparts in NAMER and EMEA to share what's working. Most of your energy goes toward building systems that compound, though you'll occasionally engage directly with strategic partners on complex escalations. Your key stakeholders are the APN Programs team, AWS Marketplace, Partner Services, and SA leadership across APJ.

Basic qualifications

• 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
