This role involves BIM modelling, drawing preparation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

*Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for façade systems (curtain wall, cladding, glazing, etc.) according to project requirements.

*Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings according to project requirements

*Perform clash detection against other trades (main structures, MEP and other architectural elements, etc.) and coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve the clashes or interferences.

*Assist in design development and ensure compliance with project specifications

*Attend coordination meetings and update models accordingly

*Manage BIM models submissions and maintain proper documentation records for coming and outgoing documents / information.

Requirements

*Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

*At least 5 years of BIM modelling experience (façade experience preferred)

*Proficient in Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

*Knowledge of façade systems and construction detailing

*Good coordination and communication skills

*Familiar with document control systems (e.g., Aconex and ACC) is an advantage

Working Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

• Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm (WFH arrangement available after 3 months of probation.)
