About the team:

This role sits within the Customer Service team and supports the MariBank customer servicing operations. The role focuses on improving banking customer experience, customer service agent productivity, and operational efficiency across the customer service function.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the management of various Customer Service support functions such as system management, data reporting, and performance monitoring. These functions support the servicing of banking-related enquiries such as account servicing, payments, transfers, and card-related requests
• Drive the planning and implementation of new projects and initiatives to achieve continuous improvement in ops productivity, customer experience, and risk management
• Key product owner for all systems used by the Customer Service team (including ticketing systems, contact centre tools, and chatbot solutions that support the servicing of banking customers)

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in reconciling positions between physical and derivative trading portfolios in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Support the execution of procurement and sales contracts, including declaration processing and delivery coordination activities.

Responsibilities

3. Contract Administration (25%)

• Assist in the preparation, review, issuance, and completion of contractual documentation in line with company policies and business requirements.
• Support discussions and coordination relating to contract terms, amendments, and documentation requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, governance procedures, and applicable regulatory obligations throughout the contract lifecycle.

4. System Control & Data Integrity (15%)

• Support the timely preparation and distribution of trade confirmations, contract summaries, reports, and related documentation.
• Maintain data accuracy by reconciling information across systems and supporting documentation.
• Participate in data validation and record maintenance activities to ensure information integrity and audit readiness.

5. Pre-Trade Support (10%)

• Assist with counterparty onboarding activities, including documentation collection, verification, and internal approval processes.
• Support the preparation and submission of credit-related documentation and other pre-trade requirements.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient business operations.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade operations, commodity trading support, contract administration, logistics coordination, or a related field.
• Understanding of commodity trading operations, including physical and derivative transactions.
• Knowledge of hedging principles, exchange-traded instruments, and risk management concepts would be advantageous.

• To monitor and supervise sub contractors’ work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, material and samples
• To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples

• Knowledge in M&E and able to identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural and client provisions

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Mechanical Maintenance team, you will contribute to the effective maintenance of plant and equipment, ensuring high reliability and availability while meeting statutory, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, review, and execute preventive, corrective, and outage maintenance for major Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) equipment, including Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators, HRSG, and plant auxiliaries.
