Key Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support our APAC equities and custody offerings through strong product knowledge and integration tools. 

The successful candidate will be go-to expert for systems and Global securities integrations. nSearch Global is hiring a Software Architect / Technical Lead to join as a core founding member of our HR tech product team. You will own the technical architecture, lead the build, and shape our product as it moves from MVP into production.

This is a hands-on senior engineering role. You will work directly with the founder, our engineering team, and HR domain experts to make critical technical decisions, set engineering standards, and steer the technical roadmap. The role is full-stack and central to everything we ship.

What you will do

Technical architecture and engineering leadership

• Own the technical architecture of the platform end to end across frontend, backend, data, and integration layers
• Lead design decisions on multi-tenancy, scalability, performance, hosting, and data residency
• Set engineering standards for code quality, security, testing, and documentation, and guide the team in applying them
• Review code, weigh in on architecture trade-offs, and unblock the team on technical decisions
